About the role

This full-time Golf Car Technician role based on Hamilton Island, Queensland, offers a fantastic opportunity to join the team at Golf Cars Australia Pty Ltd, a leading provider of low-speed electric vehicles, golf cars and utility vehicles. As a Golf Car Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our state-of-the-art golf car fleet, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience on the course.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on golf cars and utility vehicles
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting any mechanical, electrical, or technical issues
• Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance to keep the fleet in optimal condition
• Assisting with the setup and preparation of golf cars for events and tournaments
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and safety
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work completed
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications and experience as a Golf Car Technician or Automotive Technician
• Strong knowledge of golf car and utility vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing
• Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
