2IC Supervisor – Suds Car Spa

📅 Monday to Friday | Full-Time Role

Are you ready to step up and lead from the front? Suds Car Spa is looking for a passionate and hands-on 2IC Supervisor to support our Car Wash Manager in running daily operations while working alongside our detailing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting the Car Wash Manager in overseeing the team and ensuring smooth operations.

Providing hands-on support with vehicle detailing, car wash services, and team guidance.

Maintaining high-quality customer service and efficiency.

Helping train, motivate, and support staff to ensure top-tier performance.

Assisting with stock management, workflow coordination, and daily reporting.

Ensuring workplace safety and adherence to company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in car washing, detailing, or automotive services (preferred).

Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.

A hands-on, team-first attitude – leading by example is key!

Great communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

A valid driver’s license.
