Warehouse Supervisor - Campbellfield

Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, compliant warehouse management.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure accurate order fulfilment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader to make an impact in a well-established industry leader.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the production stores team [10-12 members]
• Conduct regular safety inspections and participate/lead training sessions for the team
• Coordinate order picking, packing (as required), and replenishment processes to meet production/customer demands.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure productivity.
• Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to prevent loss, theft, or damage
• Work closely with other internal departments and externally suppliers, transport providers, and customers for smooth order fulfillment.

Skills and Experience

• Current and valid forklift licence LF (essential)
• Minimum 2 years high reachforklift operation experience
• Current Victorian driver licence
• Physically fit and capable of performing heavy lifting task
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Understanding of safe work practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• A natural leader who motivates & inspires the team.
• Proactive and driven to improve operations and achieve goals.
• MUST be available Monday to Friday
• MUST be an Australian Citizen or Resident
