About the role

Join the dynamic team at Collab Electrical Group Pty Ltd. as a full-time A Grade Electrician based in Mornington, VIC. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical Projects to a diverse range of residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Running High End Residential and Commercial Construction Jobs
• Leading teams, through Construction stages
• Conduct electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to Australian standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, providing expert solutions
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Collaborate with the wider team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Qualified A Grade Electrician with a current Australian Electrician's License
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Electrician in the residential and commercial sectors
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
