About the Role

Location: Engadine NSW (100% onsite)

Work Days and Hours: : P/T - Approx 13.5 hours per week

Fixed Schedule: Mon, Tues, and Wed 8:30am-1pm

You’ll be the preschool’s voice and storyteller, managing digital and in-person engagement to keep families and the community connected and informed.

Your role will include:

• Managing and expanding the preschool’s social media presence, primarily on Facebook, while exploring other platforms.
• Updating and maintaining website content to ensure engaging and accurate information.
• Creating marketing materials for the website and promotional purposes.
• Developing and distributing timely and accurate family communications via OWNA.
• Conducting service tours for prospective families, providing comprehensive information.
• Performing front-desk reception duties, assisting families and visitors.
• Updating service documentation, including policies and procedures.
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for accurate documentation and reporting.
• Managing the requisition and ordering of supplies.
• Providing executive and personal assistance to the Director and Management Committee as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Experience in social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
• Previous experience in website updates and maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and documentation.
• Highly driven, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.
• Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
