About the Role
Location: Engadine NSW (100% onsite)
Work Days and Hours: : P/T - Approx 13.5 hours per week
Fixed Schedule: Mon, Tues, and Wed 8:30am-1pm
You’ll be the preschool’s voice and storyteller, managing digital and in-person engagement to keep families and the community connected and informed.
Your role will include:
- Managing and expanding the preschool’s social media presence, primarily on Facebook, while exploring other platforms.
- Updating and maintaining website content to ensure engaging and accurate information.
- Creating marketing materials for the website and promotional purposes.
- Developing and distributing timely and accurate family communications via OWNA.
- Conducting service tours for prospective families, providing comprehensive information.
- Performing front-desk reception duties, assisting families and visitors.
- Updating service documentation, including policies and procedures.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for accurate documentation and reporting.
- Managing the requisition and ordering of supplies.
- Providing executive and personal assistance to the Director and Management Committee as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in social media marketing and audience engagement strategies.
- Previous experience in website updates and maintenance.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in communication and documentation.
- Highly driven, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.
- Agile and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
