The Functional Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders to manage the delivery of projects and business initiatives involving Information and Data systems.

Responsibilities

• Business and Systems analysis, define business logic, data mapping and governance, and creation of success criteria.
• Capture and document functional requirements, related business processes (NetSuite - Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing & WMS, other systems include HRIS, Rostering & Sales & Inventory POS.
• Manage, configure and administer NetSuite
• Gather, analyse, and document business systems and ongoing solution requirements.
• Identify, recommend, and implement improvements and efficiencies.
• Ensure rigorous deployment processes are followed for software changes according to best practice methodology
• Identification and action on Continuous Improvement activities
• Continual monitoring of errors and ensure incremental improvements of NetSuite and integrations
• Be Technical SME for NetSuite and connecting systems.
• Provide sound analysis and quality resolution of complex technical and business issues, including those previously undocumented
• Be the business conduit between manufacturing, supply chain, finance and digital. Converting requirements into deliverable activities and outcomes.

Skills & Experience

• Experience working as NetSuite SME (functional and technical design)
• Solid experience as a business analyst
• Project management experience and hands on experience across full project lifecycle
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced documentation, planning and organising skills
• Experienced with current Master Data practices and Data Governance
• Well-versed and experienced in developing, scripting, and deploying solutions on the NetSuite platform
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to assist end users with software; a curiosity-based approach to problem management
• Highly developed analytical and investigative skills with an ability to work under pressure
• Data Migration
