About the role

We're seeking an experienced Dental Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team at Glen Eira Dental Group in Murrumbeena, VIC. This part-time (or full-time) role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your clinical skills and passion for patient care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing the treatment room, sterilising instruments, and ensuring a smooth workflow
• Providing high-quality patient care by responding to patient needs, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit
• Ensuring strict infection control and workplace health and safety protocols are followed at all times
• Restocking and organising dental supplies and equipment
• Undertaking general administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience
• Previous experience assisting in a dental practice, ideally in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
