In order to meet current sales demands and service future business expansion plans we are on the lookout for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our team.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service and professionalism whilst using your knowledge and experience to ensure the customer makes the right choice for their motoring needs.

• Delivering outstanding customer service and experience
• Ensuring all customer follow-ups are completed daily
• Manage the delivery process and post-sales customer journey
• Maintaining dealership, showroom and/or pre-owned yard presentation

The ideal candidate will ideally possess:

• Prior experience in automotive sales
• A positive a proactive attitude
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Sound knowledge of the automotive industry and cars in general
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Prior experience with Pentana DMS will be viewed favourably

We are happy to reward our high performing sales people. As well as a company demonstrator vehicle and fuel allowance, you'll receive a competitive pay structure and a generous incentive scheme. Earning $100,000+ annually is achievable for successful sales consultants.

You must hold a full and current Australian Drivers Licence.
