We are seeking an experienced hands-on Hospitality Manager in Batemans Bay to lead the catering, cleaning, and laundry services within our residential care facility. In this dynamic role, you will oversee the quality of food services, resident care, and hygiene standards while leading a dedicated team.

Salary: $100k + Superannuation + NFB Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily meal preparation, nutritional care, and resident preferences.
• Oversee cleaning and laundry services for communal spaces and resident rooms.
• Lead a team, providing training, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health regulations.
• Drive operational efficiency, budget control, and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate III in Catering or Commercial Cookery; Food Safety Supervisor certification.
• Proven management experience in catering or food services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of nutritional needs of older people and HACCP guidelines.
