Head Chef

We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and passionate Head Chef looking for a new challenge in their hospitality career. This is a key team leadership role together with crafting and curating a menu that complements our pub's look and ambience, elevating the dining experience for our loyal patrons and attracting new ones.

This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a well established, high quality and successfully run kitchen; strongly supported by an Executive Chef and reporting systems that provide real time COGS and other financial data.

What you will be doing:

• Leading, managing and directing the kitchen team
• Overseeing food preparation and production
• Implementing innovative menus

What we are looking for:

• A fully qualified and highly experienced, vibrant and passionate chef
• A driver of a strong and positive kitchen culture with a creative, calm and respectful mindset and good communication skills
• Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials, with a strong focus on compliance
