About You

• Full working rights in Australia
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sales Manager (healthcare recruitment highly desirable) in Australia
• Ability to Develop new and existing business opportunities from the front line
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and mentoring sales teams
• Ability to drive business development, hit targets, and scale a team
• A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Lead & develop a team of Recruitment Consultants
• Coach & mentor your team to connect top-tier candidates with client needs
• Drive business development and grow our client base
  Recruit & train new team members to support company growth
• Set & manage KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
  Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and business strategy
  Conduct company-wide meetings to celebrate achievements and drive motivation
