Orana Gardens Ltd - is seeking qualified RN's with experience within Residential Aged Care Facilities on a Full-time night's basis. Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing (RN) with experience in Residential Aged Care Australia
• AHPRA registration
• Excellent time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deliver high quality clinical care to residents with dignity & respect.
• Current police check, flu and covid-19 vaccination, proof of working rights in Australia.
• Certificates in manual handling, Covid-19, infection control, hand hygiene, first aid/CPR.
• Ability to apply clinical knowledge and awareness, using holistic nursing processes to meet resident individual care needs.

As a valued RN in our organisation your work will include:

• Delegation of tasks to AINs, EENs, and Care Staff
• Assessing care plans
• Implementing and evaluating nursing care for patients according to accepted nursing practice and standards
• Working in consultation with other health professionals and members of health teams
• Coordinating the care of patients
• Providing interventions, treatments and therapies such as medications, and monitoring responses to treatment and care plans
• Promoting health and assisting in the promotion of quality health care, by participating in health education and other health promotion activities
• Answering questions and providing information to patients and families about treatment and care
• Coordinating the work of enrolled nurses and other health care workers.
