Registered Nurse | BlueCare | Bundaberg Riverlea & Pioneer Aged Care Facilities

• Employment Term: Full-time or Part-time opportunities
• Location: Bundaberg Pioneer & Riverlea Aged Care Facilities, in Queensland
• Remuneration: $41.66 - $53.56 p/hr permanent base rate (based upon experience) + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Incentives:

• Rural & remote allowance of up to $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay (capped at 3 months & pro-rata for perm part time roles)
• Retention bonuses of up to $15,000 over 18 months
• Relocation bundle: Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 and Rental assistance of up to $7,500 over 12 months (for candidates that are re-locating - paid via reimbursement of actual costs incurred)
• $2,500 professional development allowance

Your part in our BlueCare team

Working in the role of our Registered Nurse, you will provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility. You will apply your clinical skills to improve their quality of life through activities that include:

• Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
• Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
• Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members
