The whole-of-nation effort to safely and securely deliver the cutting edge nuclear-powered submarine program will transform Australia’s economic and national security landscape for decades to come.

The ASA Nuclear Graduate Program has two distinct pathways STEM (Technical) and Policy and Corporate, regardless of which pathway you choose each will immerse you in the heart of operations and offer a comprehensive view of Australia’s submarine capability through the lens of the AUKUS partnership where you will be contributing to a wide range of critical tasks.

NOTE: The nature of our program offers diversification in roles and experiences, which may require you to permanently and/or temporarily relocate. We are looking for STEM Technical Graduates in:
- Engineering (nuclear, mechanical, electrical, chemical, materials, systems, maritime / naval, aeronautical, mechatronic, biomedical, civil or construction),
- Technology (Data Sciences),
- Mathematics,
- Cyber Security, and
- Science (nuclear, materials, computer, physical, radiological, biological).
We are looking for Policy and Corporate Graduates in:
- Finance and Accounting,
- Procurement,
- Policy,
- Law,
- International Relations,
- Logistics and Supply Chain,
- Project Management
- Business Commerce, and
- Human Resources.
