Family owned Wholesale Liquor Company in Malaga is seeking a highly organised Full-Time Customer Service Officer. This is a Full-Time role (Monday-Friday 9-5pm) requires a proactive individual who has ability to work effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking orders over phone and online
• Pricing orders to process
• Taking Credit card payments
• Sales and General Office tasks
• Preparing and processing Postal Orders
• Answering Customer Enquiries
• Email management, monitoring, forwarding and responding
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases with accuracy and attention to detail

About You

• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Outgoing and positive demeanour with excellent customer service skills
• Basic experience in MYOB/Excel
• General Banking procedures
• Liquor Product knowledge
