Freight Mart International are market leaders in International Freight Forwarding, Customs, Transport and Third Party Logistics.

We have a Customer Service position available in our Head Office, reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the position is responsible for developing client relationships, responding to client enquiries, preparing quotations, and generally ensuring our customers are receiving the level of service we pride ourselves on.

The Position:

Reporting to the Client Relations Manager, the position will consist of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and report on cargo status, and resolve any issues
• Liaising with team members to ensure processes are followed and expedited as per company and client requirements
• Assist in maintaining existing clientele
• Customer service & general administrative duties

Operating hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, however some overtime may be required.
