About the role

Mansfield Commercial Laundry is seeking a casual Laundry attendant to join our team in Mansfield, VIC 3722. As a Laundry attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and laundering services to our commercial clients. This is a casual position with flexible working hours.

What you'll be doing

• Sorting, washing, drying, folding and packaging clean linen and garments
• Handling and operating industrial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked laundry environment
• Providing excellent customer service to our commercial clients
• Assisting with the packing and delivery of clean linen and garments
• Open and shut down procedures and boiler operation
• Completing all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time and being able to lift 20kg bags
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
