Location: Eagle Farm, QLD
Job Title: Service Support and Scheduling Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Work within a small team Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, case handling, troubleshooting, scheduling service technicians, providing customer support and communication, spare parts assistance, post-audit tasks, and maintenance reporting. This role oversees all customer service activities within the After Sales department, schedules appointments for service technicians, and performs technical troubleshooting via phone. Duties can include:
β’ Troubleshooting β Perform phone assessments, identify solutions, and provide clear instructions to resolve cases remotely.
β’ Tech Scheduling β Efficiently schedule technicians and gather details for successful onsite visits within 3 days if parts are available.
β’ Customer Support β Be the main contact for After Sales Service, ensuring transparent communication, regular updates, and prompt issue resolution.
β’ Spare Parts Support β Manage inquiries, identify, and recommend appropriate parts based on customer needs.
β’ Post-Audit Reporting β Compile, review, and report post-audit results effectively.
β’ Admin Support β Ensure service contract compliance, maintain records, and facilitate team communication.
β’ Team Collaboration β Share ideas in team meetings, report improvements, and cover for teammates as needed.
What youβll need:
β’ Australian Working Rights and Valid Drivers Licence.
β’ Valid police check
β’ Experience with NetSuite Oracle or similar ERP systems (desirable)
β’ Confident with MS Office and general computer systems
β’ Confident in phone handling and in-person conversations
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
β’ Strong track record of building trust & rapport with customers with a commitment to providing quality solutions.
