Taurus is a privately owned and operated specialist mining supplier with various clients around Australia.

On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor for an ongoing role with our Mining Client. This role will lead a team of four, both on the surface and underground in construction works at various WA Mine sites.

These will be permanent position with our client after a short labour hire period.

Point of hire is Perth.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following;

ESSENTIAL

• Valid Manual Western Australian Driver's Licence
• Experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concrete finishing in a mining environment.
• Construction Supervisory/Leading Hand experience is essential - in a mining or mining construction environment is preferred.
• Certificate in Concreting or Carpentry highly desirable.
• Due to working on gold mines you must be able to provide a CLEAN National Police Clearance (within 6 months of commencement).
• Working Safely at Heights.
• White Card
• Unrestricted Working rights in Australia.
• A commitment to your own safety and those who work with you.
• Successful candidates will also be required to pass a pre-employment medical drug & alcohol test (at our expense) and regular onsite D&A testing.
