BTB Steel Works is expanding! As we take on exciting precast and concrete projects across Perth and regional areas, we are looking for a highly experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll supervise, mentor, and coordinate teams, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site. You’ll be working with a diverse team, helping them grow their skills while delivering high-end precast and concrete products. The role offers flexibility, with opportunities for both FIFO and Perth-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and supervise construction teams on precast and concrete projects
🔹 Teach and mentor team members, helping them develop new skills
🔹 Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
🔹 Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
🔹 Maintain quality control and compliance with safety regulations
🔹 Problem-solve on-site issues efficiently

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in concrete, formwork & steel fixing or civil works
- Strong leadership and communication skills – ability to manage diverse teams
- Patience and willingness to train and mentor less-experienced team members
- Ability to adapt to FIFO or Perth-based work as required
- A safety-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Relevant industry qualifications and white card
