eCommerce Manager – Fast-Growing & Disruptive Motorcycle Brand

As we scale, we’re looking for an ambitious Head of eCommerce to drive our direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth and revolutionize how riders connect with our brand online.

The Role

As our Global eCommerce Manager, you will own and scale our global online sales strategy, ensuring that every rider’s journey—from discovery to checkout—is seamless, engaging, and optimized for growth. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention while shaping the future of our digital experience.

This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to make bold moves.

What You’ll Do

• Own the eCommerce P&L – Develop and execute a roadmap to grow online sales, increase profitability, and scale our global DTC operations.

• Growth & Performance Marketing – Work closely with product and design to optimize our communication and digital acquisition strategies (SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliates, email, etc.) and drive high-intent traffic to our website.

• Customer Experience & Conversion Optimization – Ensure our eCommerce experience is seamless, high-converting, and aligned with our brand ethos. Improve site UX, checkout flow, and personalization.

• International Expansion – Scale our eCommerce presence across multiple markets, localizing strategies for different regions while maintaining brand consistency.

• DTC & Omnichannel Strategy – Bridge the gap between online and offline, leveraging data and insights to create an integrated brand experience across eCommerce, retail, and community touchpoints.

• Technology & Innovation – Lead eCommerce platform enhancements, ensuring we leverage best-in-class tools for growth, analytics, personalization, and automation.

• Data-Driven Decision Making – Develop KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to optimize sales, pricing, and customer engagement strategies.

Skills & Experience

• Proven eCommerce capability – 3 + years leading and scaling DTC eCommerce for a high-growth consumer brand, ideally in premium lifestyle, automotive, or tech-driven industries.

• Strategic & Hands-On – Ability to think big, set vision, and roll up your sleeves to execute.

• Deep Knowledge of Digital & Growth Marketing – Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRO, SEO, CRM, and analytics.

• Data & Metrics Obsessed – Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads Manager.

• Omnichannel & Global Experience – Experience scaling eCommerce across multiple regions and integrating digital and retail strategies.

• Tech-Savvy – Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, conversion rate optimization tools, and emerging digital trends.

• Customer-Centric Mindset – Passion for building an exceptional customer experience and strong brand advocacy.
