TPM Builders is seeking a capable Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position will suit those with a hands-on approach and trade back-ground. Our projects are located in the Greater Brisbane Area.

The successful candidate will work independently on commercial/industrial developments estimating from take-off to formally tendering offers. Additionally they will support and work in collaboration with the Project Management Team developing scopes for Sub-Contractor works on awarded Projects. Candidates will be supported in this role by our administrative team. They will also receive on-job training for our Estimating & Project Management Software.

Our office is based on the north side of Brisbane, with current projects located in southeast Queensland. We specialise in Commercial Construction including Warehouses, Childcare Facilities, Service Stations and Convenience Centres.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Required:

· Effective communication skills.

· Confidence to communicate with Suppliers and Sub-Contractors

· Ability to read building specifications and plans

· Having knowledge of building codes

· Being able to solve mathematical problems.

· Being able to interpret drawings and diagrams

. Experience with Buildsoft / Cubit (advantageous )

· Experience with Procore (advantageous)

· Experience with 1Breadcrumb (advantageous)

Requirements & qualifications:

· Australian driver’s license

· Trade qualifications/license (advantageous)
