As our new Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide leadership, advice, coordination, planning, review, and assessment of all aspects of clinical delivery to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff while also facilitating ongoing education and training for personal care workers, enrolled nurses, and registered nurses.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The key focus of this role is expanding clinical leadership coverage, with the ideal candidate providing oversight across a range of shifts, including some afternoon and weekend shifts.
