About the role

Frameswest is seeking an experienced Spray painter and Sandblaster to join our team in Northam, WA. This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, responsible for providing high-quality surface preparation and finishing services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Operate spray painting equipment to apply paint coatings to a range of surfaces and materials
• Prepare surfaces for painting using sandblasting and other techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a spray painter and sandblaster
• Main components will be industrial two pack coating
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
