We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time receptionist/ administration assistant to provide office support and work in our Psychology clinic in The Entrance. In this role, you will report to our office manager and director.

About Evolve Psychology Services

We are a team of Psychologists, Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners that provide services to NDIS participants, Medicare and DCJ clients working across the lifespan. We work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services individuals who have various presentations and disability types.

Overview of duties:

  • General administration duties
  • Organising staff appointments and calendars
  • Front desk work greeting clients
  • Social media support
  • Management of patient records
  • Service agreements
  • Invoicing
  • Filling, printing, photocopying
  • Updating policies and procedures
  • Ensuring client folders are up to da
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Office management: ordering office supplies
  • Office cleaning, tidying, taking bins out
  • Communication: respond to emails, answer phone calls, enquiries and new referrals
  • Record keeping and document uploading
  • Data entry into our clinical system

Required skills:

  • Provide professional customer service to the public while meeting required timeframes.
  • Strong organisational skills including the ability to organise workflows to meet competing demands and adaptability to a range of workplace expectations and responsibilities.
  • Strong
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Fast learner and reliable with a team approach.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to positively interact with clients, staff and other allied health professionals with a pleasant phone manner.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills.
