At WCRS, we take pride in our role as the regulator of workers' compensation in Queensland. Our mission is to create a fair and efficient system that balances the needs of workers and employers. We work with insurers, employers, workers and health professionals to make sure all workers who've experienced a work-related injury are supported throughout their rehabilitation journey and can safely return to work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintaining public registers, processing invoices, and coordinating training sessions
• Co-ordinating and setting stakeholder meetings in addition to compiling and distributing meeting minutes
• Providing exceptional customer service and advice on workers' compensation inquiries
• Engaging with stakeholders including insurers, employers, and doctors to promote best practices
• Assisting with event coordination, social media tracking, and data management

What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Strong Communication Skills: You can confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders and help maintain positive relationships.
• Organizational Skills: You manage competing priorities and can work independently with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Team Player: You work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge to contribute to team success.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as spreadsheets, databases, and document management tools.
• Flexibility: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and respond positively to change.

Ready to Join Us? If you're ready to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team focused on making a real difference in Queensland's workers' compensation system, apply now!
