Administration Officer - Education, Insurer & Tribunal Services (EITS)

Workers' Compensation Regulatory Services (WCRS) is seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Officer. You will be responsible for providing administrative support in the form of project management and engagement on scheme focused rehabilitation and return to work and other initiatives as delivered by the Insurer Licensing & Performance (ILP) and Education & Return to Work Services (ERTWS) teams. If you're someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, we want you to join our dynamic team!

What You'll Be Doing:
As the Administration Officer - EITS, you'll provide essential administrative support across the Education & Return to Work Services and Insurer Licensing and Performance teams to enhance workers' compensation education and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting key projects related to rehabilitation and return-to-work initiatives
• Maintaining public registers, processing invoices, and coordinating training sessions
• Co-ordinating and setting stakeholder meetings in addition to compiling and distributing meeting minutes
• Providing exceptional customer service and advice on workers' compensation inquiries
• Engaging with stakeholders including insurers, employers, and doctors to promote best practices
• Assisting with event coordination, social media tracking, and data management
