Spiralworks is seeking strong candidates for a diverse role within our growing organisation. We are seeking experienced Fabricators with strong work ethic, can-do attitude, who take pride in their performance. Opportunities for growth within the business exist for those who wish to pursue higher roles.

Full training by qualified and experienced welders will be provided, however we expect candidates to be ready to hit the ground running.

Your new role and attributes:

• Manufacturing components for spiral staircases (training provided)
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Commitment to producing quality and accurate work
• Some site work required (must be comfortable working at heights)
• Reliable, well presented with good communication skills
• Focus on Workplace Safety and Respect for others
• Hours are 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 1pm Friday

What you will need to succeed:

• Relevant industry qualification and minimum 5 years experience
• Skilled in using a range of Hand Tools i.e. grinding and cutting of steel components
• Ability to accurately measure and cut along with good eye for detail
• Ability to work unsupervised as well as manage a small team
• Having a positive and respectful attitude
• Possess a good understanding of WH&S protocols
