Calling all Cocktail & Bar All-Rounders!!

We are looking an experienced and charasmatic person who has is passionate about mixology and eager to develop their skills in the art of crafting exceptional cocktails. To succeed in this role, you will have a stong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great communication. You will have flexibility to work on the floor conversing with guests, waiting tables and providing exceptional hospitality in our Wine Bar - Lord Lygon located at the award winning Zagame's House.

• This is a casual position with regular hours Tuesday to Saturday evenings between 5pm and 11pm (shift may vary occasionally).
• There are further opportunites for additional hours working as part of our Events team.

The successful applicants will be responsible for

• Preparation, creation and service of cocktails to a high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
• Engaging with guests and providing warm and genuine hospitality
• Supporting stock management and efficient bar operations
• Serving and taking table orders where required
