At St Peters Woodlands, we are committed to fostering a love for sports and physical activity among our students. The School has a long history of sporting excellence and we are seeking an experienced, passionate and inspiring netball coach to join our extraordinary team of coaches.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Netball Coach to inspire our primary school children to develop their netball skills and build a lifelong love of the sport.
The Specialist Netball Coach position involves:
- Providing netball coaching sessions as part of our SPW Netball School of Excellence, which includes administration and preparation time, as agreed by the Head of PE & Sports.
- Taking responsibility for the setting up and packing up of equipment required, which will be provided by SPW.
- Liaising with the Head of PE & Sports should any support be required.
- Ensuring adequate duty of care is provided for all children taking part in the Netball School of Excellence.
- Assisting in keeping an attendance record of students participating.
- Ensuring that the area is safely secured after each coaching session.
This is a casual position for app. 3 hours per week commencing in Term 2 until the end of Term 3 2025, with some additional hours for carnivals as required. The rate of pay is $60 per hour.

- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
- First Aid and CPR
