This role will place you at the forefront of the action, helping deliver and manage a vast portfolio of exciting commercial/industrial projects across the Perth region, ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of construction on-site, from pre-construction to project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labourers to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure that the site complies with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Manage the project schedule, budgets, and resources, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of site organisation, cleanliness, and safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor role, delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Great leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to quality, safety, and excellence on every project.
