About the role
We are looking for Senior psychologists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, and registered mental health nurses, responsibilities include
- Engaging in with clients providing personalised care and support.
- Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
- Monitoring and managing clients' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed.
- Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist, registered nurse, or occupational therapist).
- Current AASW registration (social worker)
- Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
