Full-Time Café Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards.
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of baristas.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer enquiries or concerns with professionalism.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Coordinate food preparation.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a cafe or hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Barista all-rounder duties
• Cash register reconciliation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and cafe operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment and handle high-pressure situations.
• Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.
