As a Senior Power Systems Engineer, you’ll lead complex technical studies, provide innovative solutions for renewable energy projects, and guide clients through critical milestones with AEMO and NSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead power system studies for large-scale renewable energy projects across Australia.
• Solve complex network challenges and develop innovative solutions to support grid integration.
• Navigate connection processes with AEMO and NSPs, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Collaborate with clients, OEMs, and regulatory bodies to deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage technical quality, timelines, and budgets for high-profile projects.
• Strong knowledge through R0, R1 and commissioning studies

About You:

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or higher).
• Extensive experience in power systems modelling using tools like PSS/E, PowerFactory, or PSCAD.
• Proven expertise in grid connection processes and renewable energy integration.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
