Michael Page have partnered with an Australian Land Development business located North of the Perth CBD to recruit a Project/Financial Accountant on a full time permanent basis.

Client Details

A reputable Australian Land Development business, our client has multiple office presences across WA and due to company growth, is now seeking to strengthen its Project/Financial Accounting function with this new hire.

Description

Reporting into the Company Director, this role will play an integral role executing the company's financial vision. Key duties will include:

• Responsible for external reporting
• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
• Perform analysis and provide insights on projects
• Cost accounting and analysis
• Month end close
• Ad hoc project accounting tasks

Profile

The successful candidate will have a background working in an accounting capacity in either Land Development, Property or Construction. Key traits will also include:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Ability to meet competing deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder relations skills
• Industry knowledge and exposure to accounting for land development/sub divisions
