Your Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the key point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth leasing processes and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property inspections and open homes
• Managing leasing inquiries and applications
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and property managers
• Ensuring compliance with leasing regulations and documentation
• Marketing rental properties and coordinating advertising campaigns
• Maintaining accurate database records and CRM updates

Qualifications:

• Have a proven track record or strong interest in property leasing and client service
• Be a natural relationship builder, respected for your professionalism and ability to exceed expectations
• Deliver exceptional support throughout the leasing process for both landlords and tenants
• Be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, ensuring seamless operations
• Have a keen desire to continuously develop your skills within a high-performing agency
• Hold or be willing to obtain a NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
