The Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing experience while maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property managers. Responsibilities include:

• Managing leasing enquiries and conducting property inspections.
• Processing tenancy applications with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Coordinating lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospective tenants and landlords.
• Providing exceptional customer service while working within a fast-paced environment.
• Contributing to business growth through proactive prospecting and market engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar leasing or property management role (real estate experience preferred but not essential).

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software such as PropertyMe, REST, or PropertyTree is highly regarded.
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
