About the Role

A position has become available at our Long Jetty based store for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. As a driver, you will be taught in all aspects of warehousing, completing deliveries to off-site customers, picking / packing / receipting stock and operating a forklift. This is a role that requires impeccable attention to detail and a person who can work efficiently and effectively. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager whilst working alongside a highly talented team.

What We Need

As a Delivery Driver, you will have an ‘on the ball’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player with high energy. We require a person who is trustworthy and reliable with a ‘can do’ approach and someone who is not afraid to use their initiative. You will be able to demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills with a work ethic that is second to none.

To be considered for this role you must hold current manual Drivers and forklift licences. An MR licence or willingness to obtain as well as computer knowledge and experience is advantageous. An understanding of the plumbing and/or building industry will be highly regarded. The ability to uphold Workplace Health and Safety Standards and Procedures is needed.
