Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers with gaming machines and other gaming services.
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming area.
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and licensing requirements.
• Serve beverages and snacks in accordance with bar service standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in both bar service and gaming environments (advantage)
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling) Module 1
• Valid Gaming License.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends and public holidays
