About the role
WorkPac is seeking a Contract Management Supervisor to join our team in the Pilbara. In this role, you will oversee health, safety, and environmental standards while managing operational activities to ensure the efficient and safe execution of plans.

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety and environmental performance.
About the Position
- Supervise health, safety, and environmental practices on-site.
- Manage the safe execution of operational plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee cost management and operational activities.
- Implement and optimize production operations.
- Coordinate staffing and equipment deployment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel and contractor safety and environmental practices.
- Oversee operational plan execution and cost management.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Schedule staff and maintain productivity and quality.
- Implement production plans to maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate people and equipment assignments.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Current Australian 'C' class driver license.
- Experience with contractor management systems in mining or heavy industry.
- Understanding of RTIO HSEQ safety system.
- Proven safety focus and mechanical aptitude.
- Risk management and contingency planning skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in mining, heavy industry, or exploration (minimum 3 years)
- Six Sigma Green Belt (advantageous)
- Training in incident investigation, 4WD, advanced vehicle recovery, and load restraint.
- Competency in MS Office Suite, Protrak, SAP, and other relevant tools.
- Clean shaven policy
