About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Registered Nurse to provide specialised care across Newcastle and the Central Coast. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients in their homes, offering expert support in:
✔ Spinal injury care
✔ Continence assessments, catheterisation & catheter care
✔ Neurological observations
✔ Wound management

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 AHPRA Registered Nurse with full working rights in Australia
🔹 Strong clinical assessment & wound care skills
🔹 A passion for community nursing & patient-centered care
🔹 Current driver’s license & reliable vehicle
