THE COMPANY
Our client is a is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their already established and people-first public practice in Albury, NSW.
We are looking for applicants that have at least 3 years of prior work experience from an Accounting - public practice or Financial Industry. The applicant will be provided with training to assist with their development within the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with set ups of companies and trusts.
- Manage job flow and provide regular progress update to the relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare client files and workpapers.
- Liaise with the ATO and other relevant authorities regularly.
- Ability to attend to ASIC matter confidently and diligently.
- Coordinate client meetings and take minutes.
- Identify operational process inefficiencies, develop & implement policies, and procedures.
- Assist with manning the reception and other administrative duties.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have acquired at least 3years of prior work experience from the Accounting or Financial industry.
- Proven client liaison and administrative skills.
- Proven experience of working in a people focused and collaborative team culture.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Passionate for continuous learning and acquisition of new skills.
- Tenacious and committed to develop within the role.
- Must have the legal rights to live and work in Australia.
