We seek proficient technicians to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of our diverse lineup of washing machines, tumble dryers, ironers, folders, and dry-cleaning finishing equipment.

THE ROLE

• Provide onsite repair, service, and maintenance for our customers' laundry equipment.
• Conduct installations of commercial and industrial laundry equipment.
• Execute scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot faults.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Advocate for company products and services with a comprehensive strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Licenced to disconnect or connect electrical equipment OR Restricted (hard wiring) or Open electrical licence.
• Field service experience working on appliances or similar products fixing/ repairing.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in field and team settings.
• Committed to upholding and advocating for safe work practices.
• Strong dedication to meeting customer needs.
• Must be required to travel with a current Australian driver's licence.
• Full Australian working rights.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• $80K - 90K base salary.
• 15% superannuation.
