What You'll Do:

• Manage & grow both Early Childhood Casual/Temp & perm recruitment desks.
• Develop strong relationships with childcare centres and educators.
• Fill vacancies quickly while ensuring high-quality placements.
• Proactively source & attract talent through various recruitment strategies.
• Drive business growth by securing new clients and maintaining exceptional service.
• Mentor & support junior recruiters as needed.
• Create & Develop a unique team culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in Temp and/or Perm Education Recruitment.
• A go-getter mindset with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to manage a high-volume temp desk with efficiency & accuracy.
• Strong business development skills – love winning new clients? Perfect!
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for connecting educators with opportunities that change lives.
