Your New Role

As an Administration Team Leader and Rostering Specialist, you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

What does your new role look like?

• Providing a range of administrative and reception functions
• Rostering of all employees for our aged care facility
• Daily time sheet exception processing as well as end of fortnight checks prior to payroll
• Management of master and fortnightly roster schedules
• Leave application assessment and approval
• Management of unplanned leave
• Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
• Maintaining client and staff database/records
• Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders
• Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
• Assisting with facility accounts
• Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customers

About You

Does this sound like you?

• Previous administrative and rostering experience is essential
• Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
• A flexible and team orientated approach
• A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
• Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
