Are you a proactive, organised, and experienced property manager looking to take the next step in your career? We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Residential Property Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring smooth operations for both property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Performing entry and exit inspections in accordance with tenancy agreements and legal requirements.
- Attending SACT (South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) hearings and providing necessary documentation and support.
-Managing arrears and following up with tenants to resolve outstanding payments in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all inspections, communications, and financial transactions.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure satisfaction and minimize vacancy rates.
- Responding to tenant and owner queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of property issues.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in residential property management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and legislation and the Residential Tenancies Act.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle complex situations.

Desirable:
- Certificate in Property Management or relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of the local property market.
