About the role

We are open to part-time. This role could be ideal for a parent looking for shorter hours each day.

As Logistics Manager at top3 by design, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient movement and storage of the company's products. This full-time position is based in Head Quarters and Warehouse in Artarmon, NSW, and is crucial in supporting the overall success of this leading home and lifestyle retailer.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the company's logistics operations, including warehousing, and inventory management (Shopify Plus)
• Monitor supplier backorders and keep arrival times updated in the system, ensuring staff and customers have regular updates on the arrival of their International and local backorders.
• Create new products in the system
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products to stores and customers
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers
• Manage incoming stock and work with the warehouse and showrooms to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Manage any returns and faults with suppliers
• Monitor data to identify areas for improvement and raise opportunities for improvement with your team
  

What we're looking for

• Significant experience (3+ years) in a logistics, buyers admin or supply chain management role, preferably within a high-end Showroom environment and ideally with experience in Shopify (not essential)
• Proven track record of improving logistics operations and driving efficiencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with your team and coordinate with the warehouse and the showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne.
• Familiarity with logistics software and technology, and the ability to implement identify and instigate new processes
• Adaptable, communicative and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
