Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure all inventory transactions are recorded correctly in the SAP WMS
• Cycle Counts and Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Stock Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve inventory variances to uphold data integrity and compliance standards.
• Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless stock flow and replenishment.
• System Operations: Use warehouse management systems and RF Scanners for inventory tracking and control.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review inventory reports to assist management in decision-making.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Demonstrated experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
• A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with RF Scanning and warehouse management software.
• Solid knowledge of stock management principles and practices, including FIFO and stock rotation.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and varying workloads.
• A valid National Police Check (mandatory prior to commencement).
• Reliable transport to and from the distribution centre.
