About the Role

We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant who is passionate about supporting families and a confident communicator who can guide and educate families about the benefits of ongoing nervous system care.

Work Schedule:

• 20 hours a week
• Monday to Friday (half-day shifts) work hours are between 7am-7pm
• Additional shift coverage as needed to support team annual leave

Leadership & Education Focus:
This role is perfect for someone eager to help lead families on their health journey, inspire ongoing wellness care, and contribute to practice growth through education and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Educating & Leading Families to Wellness – Guide families through their health journey, encouraging lifelong well-being through chiropractic care.
2. Client Experience & Engagement – Be a positive, supportive, and confident presence, ensuring every family feels welcomed and empowered in their care journey.
3. Practice & Team Support – Work closely with our Chiropractors, assisting in caring for families and children.
4. Administrative & Reception Duties – Scheduling, payments, document prep, and organising care plans.
5. Leadership Development – Assist in onboarding new team members, streamlining processes, and supporting team training.
6. Marketing & Community Growth – Help promote workshops, events, and family education initiatives
7. Practice Organisation – Maintain systems, refine workflows, and help improve efficiency.
8. Workshop & Event Support – Assist in delivering family education sessions, helping to create excitement around wellness care.
