About the role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team at 'The Flower Bar @ Watergardens' in Taylors Lakes, VIC.

As a part-time Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service for our clients. The role requires a dedicated individual with availability Monday through Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and creating fresh flower bouquets, centrepieces, and other floral arrangements
• Assisting customers in selecting flowers and accessories to suit their needs
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the shop
• Restocking and maintaining the inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 3 years experience in floristry
• Strong floral design skills and a keen eye for colour and composition
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Passion for flowers and a commitment to providing fresh high-quality products
