About the Role

Tenderpetals Florist and Giftware is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Florist to join our team on a casual basis. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets to delight our customers in Point Cook, VIC.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets to meet customer orders
• Selecting and preparing high-quality flowers, foliage, and other materials
• Providing excellent customer service, advising customers on flower choices and care
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Assisting with the general operations of the flower shop as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
• Strong floral design skills and an eye for colour and composition
• Knowledge of flower varieties, their seasonality, and proper care and handling
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays
